Welcome to Welsh Gifts Co. By registering as a seller and listing your products on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.


1. Seller Eligibility

1.1. Sellers must be individuals or businesses based in Wales or creating products with a strong connection to Welsh culture, heritage, or themes.
1.2. All sellers must provide accurate personal and business details during registration.


2. Product Standards

2.1. All products must be original, high-quality creations with a clear connection to Welsh culture or themes.
2.2. Products must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including health, safety, and intellectual property laws.
2.3. Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, high-resolution images, and clear pricing for each product.
2.4. Welsh Gifts Co reserves the right to reject or remove any product that does not meet these standards.


3. Commission and Fees

3.1. A (Being updated) will be deducted from the total sale price of each product sold.
3.2. The commission fee covers marketing, payment processing, and platform maintenance costs.
3.3. Sellers are responsible for any additional fees, such as packaging and shipping costs.


4. Payments

4.1. Sellers will receive payments for their sales on a weekly basis.
4.2. Payments will be transferred to the seller’s designated bank account, minus the (Being updated) fee.
4.3. Sellers must provide accurate banking details. Welsh Gifts Co. is not liable for payment delays caused by incorrect information.


5. Shipping and Fulfilment

5.1. Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their products to buyers.
5.2. Products must be shipped within the timeframe specified on the product listing.
5.3. Sellers must provide tracking information to buyers where applicable.
5.4. Sellers are responsible for resolving any shipping issues, including lost or damaged items.


6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Sellers must clearly outline their return and refund policy in their product descriptions.
6.2. Sellers are responsible for handling any disputes related to returns or refunds.
6.3. Welsh Gifts Co. may mediate disputes if requested but is not liable for resolving them.


7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. In the event of a dispute between a seller and a buyer:

  • Buyers must first contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
  • Sellers must respond within 3 business days to all buyer inquiries.
    7.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may request mediation by Welsh Gifts Co. by emailing [Insert Contact Email].
    7.3. Mediation Process:
  • Both parties must provide supporting documentation (e.g., order details, correspondence).
  • Welsh Gifts Co. will review the case and suggest a resolution within 10 business days.

8.1. Sellers retain ownership of their products and designs.
8.2. By listing a product, sellers grant Welsh Gifts Co. the right to use product images and descriptions for marketing and promotional purposes.


9. Code of Conduct

9.1. Sellers must communicate respectfully with customers and Welsh Gifts Co. staff.
9.2. Sellers must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices.
9.3. Breaches of the code of conduct may result in account suspension or termination.


10. Termination of Agreement

10.1. Sellers may terminate their agreement with Welsh Gifts Co. at any time by providing written notice.
10.2. Welsh Gifts Co. reserves the right to terminate a seller’s account for breaches of these terms and conditions or for conduct detrimental to the platform.


11. Liability

11.1. Welsh Gifts Co. is not liable for any disputes between sellers and buyers.
11.2. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all legal and safety standards.
11.3. Welsh Gifts Co is not responsible for losses due to technical issues, including website downtime.


12. Amendments to Terms

12.1. Welsh Gifts Co. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
12.2. Sellers will be notified of changes via email or website notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
